Job Description

Requirements:
Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) Comfortable using computers and basic office software Customer service experience preferred Good communication skills Reliable and responsible Able to learn quickly
Preferred Experience:
Customer service, office assistant, sales support, or similar experience is a plus.
