As a representative of our company, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders and requests, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. This position will also assist the purchasing department..
Responsibilities:
Process orders, forms, applications, and requests accurately and efficiently. Communicate with customers via telephone, email, or in-person to address their needs and provide assistance. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve issues or complaints in a professional and courteous manner. Manage customers' accounts and maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions. Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any ongoing concerns. Assist the Purchasing Manager with daily purchasing activities, including preparing purchase orders, obtaining supplier quotes, tracking orders, maintaining purchasing records, and communicating with vendors. Monitor inventory levels, follow up on deliveries, and support the purchasing team in ensuring materials and supplies are available on time and at competitive prices.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Fluent in English (verbal and written communication skills) Conversant in Mandarin Chinese or Spanish a plus Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Proficiency in relevant computer applications and ability to type accurately. Quickbooks Online experience preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5+ years experience in customer service or a related field.
Compensation:
Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
