Salary Range:
$50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Life Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Birthday Off With Pay Family Time Prioritized Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy office setting. A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others. Previous experience in customer service or insurance is a plus. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and professional demeanor. Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general information about their insurance coverage. Process policy endorsements, cancellations, and new business applications accurately. Gather and document customer feedback to identify areas for service improvement. Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. Maintain up-to-date customer records in the agency's CRM system. About Us We help people with their home insurance, auto insurance, renters insurance & more.
