Job Description Position Purpose:
Responsible for the communication of all customer accounts within a region, including pricing, contract specifications, resolving invoice discrepancies, etc., to ensure accuracy of customer and/or Veolia personnel inquiries.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities:
Answer all customer inquiries on a variety of issues pertaining to regulated medical waste disposal options, pricing, and contracts. Respond to problem calls with respect to pickup and scheduling by informing appropriate personnel of dates, customers, and scheduling data. Customer data entry Waste record keeping Provide additional services or maintain the current customer base. Acts as liaison with customers and Veolia personnel in determining existing contract specifications, pricing, options, regulations, etc., to better service customer needs. Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications Education/Experience/Background:
High School diploma or GED required. BS in Business or related discipline preferred 3-4 years of customer service experience preferred 1-2 years in a supervisory capacity preferred
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Extensive knowledge in communications Strong team player Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Time management: the ability to organize and manage multiple deadlines Strong customer orientation
Additional Information Pay Rate:
$22.78 per hour
