Candidate's duties and responsibilities would include the following but not limited to: Tracking, tracing and updating clients with status of the shipments on daily basis. Effective communicating with clients, vendors and oversea offices. Be able to multi task handling emails and phone calls. Responsible for accurately and timely billing clients.
