We're looking for an experienced insurance professional who's ready to round out accounts, close coverage gaps, and mentor a team toward excellence — with a real path into agency leadership.

• What You'll Do
• Deepen relationships with existing clients and local business owners
• Identify additional coverage opportunities and conduct in-depth policy reviews
• Coach and mentor agency staff on insurance knowledge, service standards, and best practices
• Lead process improvement initiatives that make the agency run better
• Partner directly with agency leadership on day-to-day operations and strategy
• Pay & Earning Potential
• $30/hour base, plus uncapped commission on new business you personally produce
• Team performance bonuses up to $1,000/quarter (each), plus additional bonus opportunities for Commercial Lines and Life production
• Schedule & Benefits
• Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m
• 5:00 p.m. — no nights, no weekends
