• Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls (high-volume environment)
• Assist customers with payments, account questions, and solutions
• Help set up payment arrangements for past-due accounts
• Perform light account research when needed (supporting customer resolution)
• Process and update loan and account information
• Accurately document all customer interactions and updates
• Work in a fast-paced, structured, and team-oriented environment

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
