Job Description

The Center for Integrative Animal Medicine is a privately owned practice offering Traditional Chinese Medicine and holistic therapies, including acupuncture, laser therapy, musculoskeletal manipulation, and Chinese herbal medicine. We welcome skilled applicants changing industries or those with veterinary experience seeking a less chaotic environment. We are hiring one full‑time customer service representative . We're looking for a dependable, mature team member who can independently manage clinic workflow , follow direction , use good judgment, and troubleshoot issues as they arise. In a small staff environment, everyone must be flexible, collaborative, and open to cross‑training. Schedule Full‑time: Mon-Fri, 10:00am-6:30pm What You'll Do Your typical day will include: communicating with clients via phone and email, scheduling, speaking to potential clients, billing, filling prescriptions, making accurate entries in medical records and general cleaning. You will be cross trained for rooming patients, educating clients, assisting the veterinarian with managing medical care, performing treatments and diagnostic procedures (venipuncture, urine collection). What We're Looking For Must be responsible and thrive working independently Calm, steady presence with excellent communication Comfortable switching and prioritizing tasks throughout the day Tech‑proficient (Google Workspace, email, MS Word/Excel; 50 WPM) Able to lift 40 lbs and perform standard physical tasks Veterinary experience preferred; venipuncture; low‑stress handling How to Apply A cover letter is required. FULL TIME
Mon through Fri, 10:00am to 6:30pm. Flexibility to stay late on rare occasions. Due to having a small staff, commitment to the working hours is critical and time off must be planned well in advance. Weekends are yours! Pay commensurate with experience.
Pay:
$19.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
