Job Summary A growing clothing and textile manufacturing operation in Downey, CA is seeking an experienced Client Services Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a polished, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in customer service, logistics coordination, order management, and account support. The Client Services Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for customers, internal teams, and logistics partners to help ensure orders move accurately and efficiently from initial request through fulfillment and delivery. - Manage daily customer service and account support activities for client orders, shipment updates, and service requests.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, production, and transportation teams to support timely order processing and delivery.
- Track order status, inventory availability, shipment details, and customer communications to ensure accuracy and follow-through.
- Resolve customer issues related to orders, delivery timing, documentation, shortages, discrepancies, or service concerns.
- Maintain accurate records in internal systems and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement in client service processes, communication workflows, and operational efficiency. Compensation and Benefits
