Job Description

Job Summary A growing clothing and textile manufacturing operation in Downey, CA is seeking an experienced Client Services Specialist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This role is ideal for a polished, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in customer service, logistics coordination, order management, and account support. The Client Services Specialist will serve as a key point of contact for customers, internal teams, and logistics partners to help ensure orders move accurately and efficiently from initial request through fulfillment and delivery.   • Manage daily customer service and account support activities for client orders, shipment updates, and service requests.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, production, and transportation teams to support timely order processing and delivery.
  • Track order status, inventory availability, shipment details, and customer communications to ensure accuracy and follow-through.
  • Resolve customer issues related to orders, delivery timing, documentation, shortages, discrepancies, or service concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records in internal systems and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Support continuous improvement in client service processes, communication workflows, and operational efficiency. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay range: $28.00 to $32.00 per hour.
