Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all areas of the facility Handle cleaning chemicals and agents safely according to established safety protocols and procedures Operate various cleaning equipment such as floor buffers, scrubbers, and vacuums to maintain floors and surfaces in pristine condition Conduct heavy lifting and manual handling of supplies, furniture, or equipment following safe lifting practices Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting restrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces regularly Assist with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting issues requiring specialized attention Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a hazard-free environment for all staff and visitors Requirements Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and chemical handling safety procedures Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle manual tasks efficiently Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Good communication skills with a customer service-oriented attitude Familiarity with industrial cleaning methods and floor care including buffing and polishing techniques Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Join us in creating clean, safe spaces that foster productivity and well-being!
