To support this expansion, we're looking for a motivated Customer Engagement Representative to join our team. As a Customer Engagement Representative, you'll represent AT&T through in-person customer engagement, sales, and service initiatives within local businesses. You'll play an important role in creating positive customer experiences, increasing brand awareness, and helping customers find wireless solutions that fit their needs. Because you'll be representing both our Customer Engagement Representative team and the campaign, professionalism, confidence, and a positive attitude are essential.
