About the Role This is an entry-level position designed for someone eager to learn, grow, and make a real impact from day one. You'll be supporting daily operations while being a key point of contact for our clients — so if you're naturally warm, organized, and thrive in a people-facing environment, this role is for you. We're not just looking for someone to answer phones and file paperwork. We want someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, isn't afraid to follow up, and can juggle multiple tasks without losing their composure or their smile. What You'll Be Doing Providing outstanding customer service to Picasso Painting clients — in person, over the phone, and via written communication Following up with clients proactively to ensure their needs are met and nothing falls through the cracks Answering and directing phone calls with professionalism and warmth Supporting scheduling, calendar management, and appointment coordination for team members Performing clerical tasks: data entry, filing, document preparation, and office correspondence Assisting various departments with administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly Handling sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality at all times Contributing to a positive, team-oriented office environment What We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish — this is a must; you'll be serving a Spanish-speaking clientele daily People-first attitude — you feel comfortable talking to clients, building rapport, and making them feel heard Sales and service oriented — you understand that every interaction is an opportunity to build trust and loyalty Strong follow-through — you don't let things slip; you follow up, check in, and close the loop Multitasker — you handle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment without losing attention to detail Eager to learn — you don't need to know everything on day one; you just need to want to grow Organized and detail-oriented — files, data, schedules — you keep things in order Team player — you support your colleagues and communicate clearly and kindly Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in administration is a plus Proficient in basic office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar) Prior experience in an administrative or customer-facing role is preferred but not required Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment is a plus Why Join Us Competitive hourly pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Stable, full-time position with room to grow A team that values your effort, your personality, and your development Real responsibility from day one — not just busy work Schedule & Details Full-time | In-person Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 16:30 pm Work location: El Granada, CA 94018 Ability to commute or relocate to El Granada before start date is required To Apply Please submit your resume and include answers to the following: Are you fully bilingual in English and Spanish?
