Job Description
CLACatholic Charities of Los Angeles, Inc. is one of the largest human services providers in California that operates a variety of programs to serve the poor and strives to find permanent solutions to crisis situations by offering clients the tools and resources needed to achieve greater self-reliance and stability in their lives.
The person in this role coordinates Catholic Charities client services, financial and environmental assistance program within a region. May supervise the work of employees and/or volunteers.
Decides how to allocate funds used to provide financial assistance to clients in need of emergency food, shelter, clothing, rental assistance, transportation, medical and special needs.
Assists regional Director plan and implement new methods of service delivery consistent with the Agencys mission statement.
Provides direct case management services to clients.
Provides information, referrals and advocacy for clients whose needs are not met here.
Administers and organizes various programs. Coordinates services and functions between satellite offices.
Prepare monthly financial reports, FEMA reports, and department memos.
Monitors daily expenditures for financial assistance. Reviews and approves departments financial transactions.
Provides consultation to staff and other Agency or community representatives.
Helps plan and implement staff development programs to improve the quality and effectiveness of services.
Maintains, promotes, and develops office procedures.
Displays sensitivity to the client populations cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
Performs related duties as required.
State program contract administration.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in a related field. Three to five years of related experience.State program contract administration.
