This is a full-time, in-person position that offers hands-on experience in customer engagement, communication, sales support, and telecommunications services. As an Entry Level Customer Associate, you'll work directly with customers, answer questions, assist with enrollments, and help individuals understand available service options. What You'll Be Doing Meet directly with customers in assigned locations Explain available service options, program benefits, and account features Assist customers with enrollments, applications, activations, and account setup Answer questions and provide helpful customer support throughout the process Verify customer information and maintain accurate account records Build positive customer relationships through professionalism and communication Track daily activity, customer interactions, and completed enrollments Contribute to daily performance goals and team objectives No two days are exactly the same — you'll meet new people and develop valuable communication skills every day.
