  • Full-time, Contract Sales Admin We are seeking a highly organized, tech‑savvy Inside Sales / Customer Service Administrator to support day‑to‑day sales administration, CRM management, and customer communication.
This role serves as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and provides critical administrative support to the sales team. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, comfortable navigating multiple digital platforms, and able to communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, prospects, and customers.
Pay:
$25
  • 27 per hour Key Responsibilities Support sales and marketing initiatives through CRM administration, reporting, and data management.
Utilize a CRM to manage leads, maintain data accuracy, route leads, and pull sales and activity reports. Serve as the first point of contact for inbound phone calls; professionally triage, document, and direct calls to appropriate internal teams. Prepare customer quotes, proposals, and order‑related documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Provide administrative support to sales representatives, including data entry, scheduling assistance, follow‑up tasks, and preparation of sales materials. Manage and navigate multiple platforms and digital tools used for CRM, communication, reporting, and internal coordination. Maintain clear, concise, and professional written and verbal communication in all interactions, including customer correspondence and internal updates. Support multiple priorities simultaneously with strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow‑through.
