Overview Join our team as a Full-Time Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative, where your enthusiasm and dedication will drive exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will serve as on of the primary point of contact for clients seeking personal insurance solutions, providing expert guidance and support. Your proactive communication skills and technical proficiency will ensure clients feel valued and confident in their insurance choices. Responsibilities Engage with clients via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries, provide policy information, and resolve issues promptly. If licensed, assist clients in selecting appropriate personal insurance products by explaining coverage options clearly and confidently. Process data entry accurately into our systems, including policy updates, claims, and client information management. Conduct outbound calls to follow up with prospects and existing clients, if licensed promoting additional coverage options and policy renewals. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele. Support client services by handling cash transactions when necessary and maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery, troubleshoot problems efficiently, and ensure client satisfaction at every touchpoint. Qualifications Proven experience in customer support or call center environments, preferably within insurance or financial services. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) and technical systems related to insurance processing a plus but not required Familiarity with data entry, typing accuracy, and computer skills essential for managing client records efficiently. Experience in outbound calling, customer service problem-solving, and maintaining professional phone etiquette. Knowledge of cash handling procedures is advantageous but not required; training will be provided as needed. Our agency is looking for the right person to grow with us. Pay:
$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
