Support • Care • Results About the Position We are looking for a warm, organized, and customer-focused Client Care Coordinator to become the face of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys communicating with people, creating exceptional client experiences, and helping both our clients and our business grow. As the first and last person every client interacts with, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience. Schedule Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM Part-time Responsibilities Welcome and check in clients with a friendly and professional attitude Deliver an exceptional customer experience from the moment clients arrive Answer phone calls, text messages, Instagram DMs, and other client inquiries Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments Maintain accurate client records in our management system Process payments and complete client checkout Recommend treatment packages, memberships, skincare products, and additional services Upsell treatments and retail products based on each client's needs Rebook clients before they leave the office Coordinate communication between providers and clients Keep the reception area clean, organized, and welcoming Assist with daily administrative tasks Help the team achieve monthly goals for sales, rebooking, and client retention We're Looking For Someone Who Loves working with people and creating outstanding client experiences Has excellent spoken and written English Knowledge of Russian and/or Ukrainian is highly preferred Is friendly, positive, organized, and detail-oriented Learns quickly and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Feels comfortable recommending services and products that genuinely benefit clients Is proactive, responsible, and dependable Works well as part of a team Is looking for a long-term career rather than just a job Shares our values of Support, Care, and Results Previous experience in a medical spa, aesthetic clinic, beauty industry, hospitality, customer service, front desk, or sales is highly preferred but not required.
