Enrollment Representative:
Attract potential customers by clarifying product and service inquiries; suggesting information about other products and services to fulfill their needs and boost sales margins Process customer orders, prepare correspondences and surpass customer needs to assure customer retainment Establish sustainable relationships of trust with consumers through open, welcoming, and interactive communication Meet personal and team sales goals set by Management staff Place customer orders, receive confidential payment information and other pertinent information such as addresses and phone numbers Answer questions relating to warranties or terms of sale with accuracy and confidence Attempt to persuade customers to reconsider, inform them of deals or sales promotions, and upsell services as needed Attend entry-level meetings and work hands-on with the customer service & sales management team to ensure proper customer service is being executed Qualifications We Look for in anEnrollment Representative:
1+ years of experience in a customer service, retail, sales, or business role Customer-centric and ability to adapt and/or respond to a variety of characters Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with co-workers, consumers, management, and clients Exceptional communication, persuasion, and presentation abilities Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision Strong ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time adequately High School Diploma / GED College degree preferred but not necessaryJob Type:
