This position requires inputting work orders on computers, receiving & placing phone calls to customers, time management and the ability to receive emails. Being able to handle multiple tasks and work at a steady speed. Job Task Include Answering Phones Logging work orders on computer. Scheduling and Assigning work orders Communicating & working in a group. Overseeing technicians & their time management. Ability to multi-task as logging customer information while they are on the line.
