THE ROLE

Avocado is currently looking for a Customer Experience Associate I to be part of our Customer Experience team in Fullerton, CA ! This is a non-exempt position, meaning it is hourly and you are entitled to overtime pay. Note on

You will be working on-site at our location in Fullerton, California. This is not a remote position. Note on

Pay Transparency:

The pay range for this role is $19.00 - $22.38 Hourly, plus potential monthly bonus.

WHAT YOU'LL BE WORKING ON

Respond to customer inquiries via calls, chats, and emails. Maintain accurate documentation of customer issues and interactions. Route concerns to the appropriate departments. Handle order inquiries and report vendor-related issues in line with company standards. Meet department averages for performance metrics, including PRP, QA, CSAT, and time logged in queues. All other assigned duties.

WHAT YOU BRING A

minimum of 1 year of experience in the field of customer service is necessary for this position. Strong cross-functional communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to accept and adjust accordingly to constructive feedback. Effective oral and written communication skills. Great communicator. Regular and predictable attendance.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Stationary position: Must be able to remain stationary 50% of the time.

Move:

This role involves moving throughout the office space to meet with different team members.

Operate:

Constantly operates a computer and other office machines such as printers and tablets.

Communicate:

This role frequently communicates with other team members to update on the status of a task and customers to help with any inconvenience on orders.
