Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00 Job Description Communicates patient results clearly, accurately, and effectively to the doctor's offices. Respond to client questions, requests, and concerns promptly via phone call and emails. Serves as a resource to clients regarding test requirements, specimen submission, and other laboratory policies and procedures. Resolve customer issues professionally and escalate complex concerns when necessary. Handle multiple client inquiries and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Serves as a dispatch service for lab couriers. Demonstrate fast and accurate typing and data-entry skills. Process documents, forms, orders, and other client-related information. Performs area-specific support activities. Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
