We specialize in customer retention , helping our clients build stronger relationships with their customers. We currently work with clients in the alarm & security, fiber, cell phones and roofing/solar industries . Your responsibilities include:

Communicating with customers in a friendly and professional manner Identifying customer questions, concerns, and problems Finding solutions based on each customer's needs Presenting available promotions and offers Helping customers understand the benefits of continuing their services Maintaining positive customer relationships Working toward individual and team performance goals Earning additional bonuses based on performance Who We're Looking For You don't need years of experience to get started. We're willing to train the right person. We're looking for candidates who are: 18 years or older Fluent in English Friendly and comfortable communicating with customers Motivated and willing to learn Professional and reliable Interested in developing their customer service and communication skills Interested in long-term growth within a company Customer service experience is a plus, but it's not required.
