The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing scheduling, data entry and providing administrative support departments throughout the lab. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced start up, lab environment. Full time and part time openings available Dental knowledge is a plus! Salary/wage negotiable, depending on skill level. Responsibilities Provide administrative support by handling clerical tasks such as data entry, case entry and importing scan data Coordinating pick ups and deliveries from customers Answering phone calls as well as questions to customers and vendors Managing deadlines and case status to ensure things are on time. Assist with dental lab management tasks, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations. Maintain an organized office environment by implementing effective systems and office procedures. Requirements Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred. Customer Service orientated. Dental knowledge is a plus but not required. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in calendar management and schedule coordination. Experience in dental lab is advantageous but not mandatory.
