This entry- to mid-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, staying organized, and building strong relationships. The successful candidate will assist customers by providing product and service information, processing orders, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer account information remains accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between customers and the company Handle customer inquiries and complaints Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Constantly maintain and update customer accounts Contact customers to confirm accuracy of in-house information and create top of mind awareness Assist with order, invoice or quote requests
Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or marketing Strong customer service skills to develop and maintain customer relationships Ability to build relationships with clients Ability to prioritize and multitask Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent computer skills in order to use company CRM and manage accounts Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve customer concerns This is a temporary position with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in customer service, account management, and business operations while supporting a fast-paced and collaborative team.
