The right applicant would demonstrate the desire to excel, take ownership of projects, and further develop their professional skills. Candidates should have at a minimum:

• High school diploma
• At least five years of office experience; three years of experience in a customer service environment
• Possess strong computer and typing skills (MS office suite)
• A basic understanding of Plumbing and HVAC
• Strong written and verbal skills and the ability to pass a basic grammar test
• Assertive, self-starter with a proven record to problem solve Ideal qualities, but not required would have:
• Experience dispatching
• A reasonable familiarity with the Los Angeles area.
