PART TIME

Entry Level Production / Graphic Designer /Customer Service This position will support the production manager and owner with customer service and learning of production equipment. This role must be comfortable taking phone calls and learning new software. Assisting with setting up digital files to print, loading paper, printing and submitting files to vendors, dealing directly with customers, preparing estimates and work orders. We are a cohesive team and need a part time candidate to help with production and customer service. If you are willing to learn digital printing, or have knowledge of the Adobe Creative Cloud that is an added bonus! We are PC based, using the Adobe design software. You will provide exemplary customer service, build relationships, and use consultative selling when working with customers. We have a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Excellent time-management skills. You should be able to juggle multiple tasks and aggressive daily deadlines with minimal supervision and extraordinary attention to detail.
