Part-Time Hospital Hours:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM Glendora Pet Care Center is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized individual who is confident working with clients, managing a busy front desk, and supporting the flow of a fast-paced veterinary hospital. What You'll Do Greet clients and provide friendly, professional customer service Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage appointment flow Accurately enter and update client and patient information Assist with client communication, check-in/check-out, and exam room flow Process payments and accurately handle transactions Prepare prescription and medication refill requests Communicate preventative care recommendations and hospital services Coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure efficient patient flow Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area Assist with other front desk and hospital duties as needed What We're Looking For Strong customer service and communication skills Comfortable handling a high volume of phone calls and appointments Familiarity with veterinary terminology and practice management software Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented Strong attention to detail and ability to problem-solve Comfortable working with both clients and pets Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous veterinary hospital/client service experience required Compensation range reflects varying experience and skill levels.
