RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for the timely and accurate processing of incoming orders and communicating delivery expectations to customers.
Review, update, and release orders received through automated order entry and web order processesResponding to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner, via phone and CRM platform.
Processes Returned Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs) and assists with repair process.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Comply with all company policies and procedures.
Other duties assigned as necessary.
Solution based approach working with customers and other departments.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on accuracy, timeliness, thoroughness, and professionalism. Highly organized and strong ability to multi-task.
Ability to calculate numerical totals including price and discount calculations and invoice totals.
Effective time management skills to maximize efficiency.
Ability to read and interpret general business forms and purchase orders.
At least 1 year experience in data entry, administrative tasks and phone work.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Job Description
SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Customer Experience Supervisor, the Customer Experience Associate will support day-to-day interactions with customers ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
