Join Our Team as a Customer Service Associate at The UPS Store on 412 East Main Street, Grass Valley. Are you passionate about helping others and delivering exceptional service? What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Service Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Greeting and assisting customers with inquiries in a professional and approachable manner. Managing transactions and maintaining accurate records. Handling and organizing products, including the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed. Supporting daily operations to keep things running smoothly. Successfully passing a notary test to perform additional duties as required. What We're Looking For To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following qualifications:

Experience:

At least 1 year in a customer service or related role.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. comfortably.

Skills:

Strong communication, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Additional Requirement:
