Responsibilities Efficiently handle ALL tasks related to customer orders Own customer orders end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and satisfaction Communicate proactively with all parties (customers, production, outside vendors, and leadership) to ensure correct order setup and processing, timeline expectations, on-time delivery aligned with event dates, and smooth billing and collection of amounts due Maintain meticulous documentation and detailed records Provide friendly, professional service in person, by email, and by phone Respond promptly to customer questions with product and service information Proactively address customer concerns with confidence and professionalism Know when to escalate issues and partner with leadership for resolution Build customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business Maintain showroom standards, including light organization and cleanliness (dusting, upkeep) Support customer experience goals, contributing to 5-Star Customer Service Crosstrain and assist in other areas as business needs require Qualifications Strong understanding (or ability to learn quickly) of our product line, processes, and pricing to effectively create orders that production can build in a correct and efficient manner using established processes and procedures Ability to follow established processes from start to finish with consistency Strong attention to detail and high standards for precision and accuracy Excellent time management, multitasking, and organization skills Strong computer skills and proficiency with data entry and office software Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a deadline-driven environment Positive, professional, friendly attitude under all circumstances Enjoy working closely with people throughout the day Actively contributes ideas for improving processes and customer experience in a positive manner Ability to follow leadership instruction and work as part of a team Work independently a take ownership — we support, guide, and collaborate, but we don't micromanage. Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM + 1-2Saturdays/month Starting Pay:
$20.00 (based on experience), with growth potential based on performance.
