The ideal candidate will work directly with customers to process orders.

Specific Job Responsibilities :

Order Entry:

Analyze Validation Report, address any revision changes, price discrepancies, obsolete parts, new parts, orders received with little or no lead-time, etc.

• Manual entry of Customer Orders (keyboard accuracy is a must)
• Manage Customer Portals
• Contact Customers on any orders received within our standard lead-time. Negotiate new due dates, if possible. Work with Master Schedule and Plant Manager on any short lead-time orders.
• Problem solving skills.
• Extremely strong communication skills
• Other duties as assigned Job Qualifications (Preferred):
• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative, or in another relevant administrative role.

Skills:

• Effective written/oral communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to be flexible in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
