Entry Level Associate (AT&T)

AVN - Mgmt Inc. is seeking driven and motivated individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Associate. This is a full-time, in-person position focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences while representing AT&T services to residential customers. Our Entry Level Associate team plays a key role in connecting customers with essential telecommunications solutions through direct, face-to-face engagement. As an Entry Level Associate, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, providing personalized service, answering questions, and guiding them through available AT&T products and services. Entry Level Associate Responsibilities Engage directly with residential customers to present products and services Build rapport and provide excellent customer service during face-to-face interactions Educate customers on available packages, promotions, and service options Complete new customer enrollments and process sales accurately Track daily performance metrics and sales results Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills Collaborate with Entry Level Associate team members to meet individual and team goals Follow all compliance guidelines and ethical sales practices Represent our company and AT&T with integrity and professionalism at all times Continuously develop product knowledge and communication strategies Adapt to different customer needs and provide tailored solutions Entry Level Associate Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, or retail is a plus but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work full-time and in a face-to-face environment Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Comfortable engaging with new people daily Ability to learn and apply new information quickly Reliable transportation

Pay:

$1,000.00 - $1,700.00 per week
