Job Logistics Customer Service Representative Employment Type:
Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Customer Service Representative to support daily customer service and logistics operations. This role is responsible for communicating with customers regarding delivery issues, following up on exception orders, coordinating with drivers, dispatchers, merchants, and operations teams, and ensuring outstanding cases are resolved in a timely manner. Key Responsibilities Contact customers when packages cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing address information. Verify customer information and obtain accurate delivery details. Communicate with customers by phone, text message, or other communication channels to resolve delivery-related issues. Contact pickup locations, stores, and business partners to confirm business hours and operating status. Coordinate with stores and partners to resolve pickup issues caused by closures, schedule changes, or other operational exceptions. Monitor and follow up on exception orders to ensure timely resolution. Accurately document customer and merchant feedback and update order information in the system. Work closely with drivers, dispatchers, and operations teams to coordinate delayed or exception packages. Proactively follow up on unresolved cases and ensure issues are properly closed. Support additional customer service and logistics operations tasks as assigned. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Responsible, patient, detail-oriented, and proactive. Strong problem-solving and coordination abilities. Basic computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office software. Previous experience in customer service, logistics, delivery, e-commerce, or a related field is preferred. Ability to communicate with customers by phone and text in English. Bilingual Chinese/English skills are a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with drivers, dispatchers, merchants, and internal teams.
