As a Verizon Customer Representative, you'll help customers discover what Verizon's expanded presence means for everyday home connectivity. With Frontier now part of Verizon, this expansion creates an opportunity to connect more customers with reliable service. The Verizon Customer Representative then builds enrollments through conversations, learns what customers value, and presents relevant Verizon services. Responsibilities of the Verizon Customer Representative Engage our customers in person in approachable conversations that highlight the Frontier-Verizon partnership as a breakthrough in reliable service. Highlight everyday benefits such as faster streaming, dependable Wi‑Fi, and stronger in-person customer support. Guide our customers to enroll in person by showing how the expansion delivers smoother streaming and more dependable Wi‑Fi. Listen actively to frustrations with outdated service and position the joint offering as the trusted solution. Build rapport with residents by sharing relatable stories of households already benefiting from the partnership. Turn enrollment conversations into meaningful commitments that support both community trust and enrollment growth. Qualifications of the Verizon Customer Representative A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred. Genuine passion for telecommunications, or customer service is a plus. Calm problem‑solving skills when handling questions or hesitations. Team‑oriented mindset that supports shared outreach and enrollment objectives. Quick learning ability to absorb Verizon-Frontier talking points and apply them naturally.
