This individual will play an important role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, assisting with daily boutique operations, and ensuring every customer receives the attention and service that reflects the Simone & Son tradition.

Key Responsibilities Customer Experience:

Warmly welcome customers, identify their needs, and ensure they feel comfortable, valued, and well cared for.

Phone Support:

Answer incoming calls professionally, assist with inquiries, take accurate messages, and coordinate customer follow-ups.

Sales Support:

Assist sales associates with customer service, jewelry presentations, packaging, and general sales activities.

Repair Take-Ins & Pickups:

Assist with jewelry repair intake, accurately document customer requests and jewelry details, and coordinate completed repair pickups.

Customer Communication:

Provide updates on repairs, special orders, and customer requests while ensuring timely follow-through.

Boutique Presentation:

Help maintain a clean, organized, and beautifully presented showroom.

Team Support:

Work collaboratively with the sales, administrative, and production teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude. Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment. Dependable, proactive, and comfortable working as part of a team. Previous luxury retail, jewelry, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
