Full Job Description E-Bike Support & Operations Coordinator Location:
Huntington Beach, CA Full-Time At P-51, we're a small, passionate team building moto-inspired electric bikes that people genuinely love to ride. We're looking for someone who enjoys solving problems, has a strong mechanical understanding of bikes or e-bikes, and can confidently help customers while keeping our daily operations running smoothly. This isn't a traditional warehouse position, and it isn't just customer service. It's a role for someone who understands how bikes work and enjoys helping riders have an awesome experience. What You'll Do Assist customers by phone, email, chat, and messaging platforms. Help troubleshoot bike and component issues with customers. Determine the best replacement parts or solutions based on customer concerns. Process warranty claims and customer service requests. Prepare and ship bikes, parts, and accessories with accuracy. Enter shipping information and maintain organized records. Receive incoming inventory and verify shipments. Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean workspace. Perform quality checks on outgoing orders. Work closely with our team to improve internal processes and customer experience. We're Looking For Someone Who Has experience working on bicycles, e-bikes, motorcycles, powersports, or similar mechanical equipment. Understands common bike components and how they work. Can confidently identify parts and communicate technical information in a simple way. Has excellent customer service skills and enjoys helping people. Pays close attention to detail—especially when reading instructions, processing orders, and communicating with customers. Has strong spelling and written communication skills. Is organized and able to manage multiple tasks throughout the day. Is comfortable learning new products and software. Can lift and move bike boxes and work in a warehouse environment that may be hot in the summer and cool in the winter. Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a small, hardworking team. Bonus Qualifications Previous experience as a bike mechanic or in a bike shop. Experience with e-bikes. Familiarity with hydraulic brakes, drivetrains, suspension, and electrical components. Pay:
