Job Description

As an Insurance Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer inquiries, providing expert advice on insurance products, and ensuring our clients receive top-tier support. Your role will be essential in building strong relationships with clients, guiding them through their insurance options, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-in with professionalism and efficiency. Provide clear and accurate information on insurance policies, coverage options, and claims procedures. Assist customers in reviewing their insurance needs, offering appropriate policy recommendations. Process new policy applications, monthly payments, renewals, and policy changes. Handle billing inquiries, payment issues, and policy updates. Resolve customer concerns with patience and care. Collaborate with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions.
Requirements:
Work from office only; not a remote position. Fluent in English and Spanish Ability to type 40 WPM Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent; insurance certifications are a plus.
