Cashier/Customer Service

Responsibilities Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging additional sales through upselling techniques Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring products are well-presented Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, balancing registers, and managing receipts Assist with inventory management by stocking shelves and participating in regular stock counts Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support the team with basic retail math to ensure accurate pricing and transaction totals Restocking items and preping juices/sauces Qualifications Previous cashiering experience in a retail or grocery store environment is preferred Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual capabilities are highly valued Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for retail transactions Experience supervising or leading team members is a plus Ability to deliver friendly customer service while managing multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and product demos enhances your fit for this role Excellent phone etiquette and upselling skills to maximize sales opportunities This position offers an energetic work environment where your proactive approach makes a real difference.
