Job Description
Mission Recruiting is a national legal recruiting and staffing firm serving law firms across the United States. We are seeking a Client Experience Specialist (CXS) to help drive growth across our recruiting, staffing, consulting, and HR/payroll service lines. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys: Relationship-driven sales High outbound activity Business development Managing multiple conversations and opportunities simultaneously Working in a structured, performance-oriented environment This is not a passive account management role. The CXS is expected to actively generate revenue through reactivation, expansion, and new business development.
Compensation Expected earnings:
$80,000-$120,000+ Base salary plus commission structure Commission opportunities across: Direct Hire Staffing Consulting HR & Payroll Compensation is designed to reward: New business generation Client reactivation Revenue growth across service lines Responsibilities Client Management Manage a portfolio of active, inactive, and timed-out clients Conduct monthly outreach to assigned clients Maintain ongoing communication and relationship development Perform client quality check-ins Business Development Generate revenue from: Active client expansion Inactive client reactivation New client acquisition Sell multiple service lines including: Direct Hire Recruiting Staffing Consulting HR & Payroll Services Schedule profile calls with prospective clients Conduct primarily phone-based outreach Lead & Pipeline Management Manage 200-400 active, inactive, and timed-out client relationships Maintain and build new business leads Manage no more than 500 new leads in the system Balance time between: Current clients Reactivation efforts New business development Job & Process Management Build and manage job orders in the system Coordinate with internal recruiting teams Reinforce structured hiring processes with clients Communication & Documentation Log all activity in CRM/ATS systems Maintain accurate documentation Follow communication standards and workflows Performance Expectations 25+ calls per day 5 candidate screens per week minimum 3 proposals per week minimum Approximately 100 client reactivations annually Consistent pipeline and revenue generation activity What We're Looking For Sales, recruiting, staffing, or account management experience preferred Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable with outbound calling and high activity levels Organized and process-oriented Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Comfortable working in a metrics-driven environment About Mission Recruiting Mission Recruiting is a national recruiting and staffing firm focused on the legal industry.
