Responsibilities Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and management of the clinic schedule. Assist clients with account management, refunds, and data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback using our Practice Management Software (Ezyvet). Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure every customer feels valued and understood. Support clients by troubleshooting problems, offering solutions, and escalating complex issues to appropriately when necessary. Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy during transactions when applicable. Skills Strong multitasking aptitude combined with excellent customer support skills Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on active listening. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) along with solid computer skills for data entry and record keeping (Ezyvet knowledge a plus!). Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently when required. Fast typing skills to manage high-volume interactions seamlessly. Previous veterinary medicine experience preferred (but we will train the right candidate!)
