Redwood Pet Clinic in Greenbrae, CA seeks a warm, organized Customer Service Representative to welcome clients, schedule appointments, and manage billing. Job Summary As a Customer Service Representative at Redwood Pet Clinic, you are the friendly face and voice of our practice. You will ensure a calm, low-stress environment for clients and their pets from arrival to checkout. Your role is vital in keeping the clinic organized, communication transparent, and the front desk operations running smoothly.

Ability to prioritize urgent pet health needs over routine calls.

Managing phones, emails, and face-to-face client needs simultaneously.

De-escalating stressful client situations with diplomacy and grace.
Financial Literacy:
Accuracy in processing invoices and collecting payments.
Physical Capability:
Capability to safely assist with lifting and restraining pets when necessary. Key Responsibilities Greet clients and patients with empathy, enthusiasm, and professionalism. Answer multi-line phones, triage incoming calls, and schedule appointments. Check clients in and out, process payments, and handle basic invoicing. Manage and update electronic medical records accurately. Guide clients and pets to exam rooms and ensure the reception area stays clean and welcoming. Assist team members with safely moving or lifting pets onto scales or into exam rooms when needed. Qualifications & Physical Demands High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum 1 year of customer service experience. Prior experience with EzyVet software is highly desirable, but we are happy to train the right candidate. Exceptional communication and multi-tasking skills in a busy environment. A genuine passion for animals and supportive client care. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds independently. Ability to sit or stand for extended periods behind the front desk. Schedule 4-
Day Work Week:
10-hour shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
