As the Customer Service Specialist, you will be instrumental in defining and enhancing the customer journey. Your expertise will help create memorable experiences that foster loyalty and satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Handling participant inquiries about their 401K funds, such as options, amounts, rollovers, and claims. Being active on the phone queues throughout the day and responding to emails and cases. Initiating case tickets in Salesforce for reissuing checks, updating addresses, or other issues that require follow-up. Escalating complex or difficult situations to leads, supervisors, or managers as needed. To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent. A minimum of one year of customer service experience, preferably in the banking or financial industry. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English preferred but not required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce or similar CRM systems. A positive attitude, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn and grow.
Work schedule:
Monday-Friday 40 hours per week 7:00am-4:00pm, or 8:00am-5:00pm Work location: Onsite, some hybrid and remote opportunities available La Mesa, CA 91942
Pay Details:
