Job Description

Fast paced Global Logistics Transportation company is looking to hire (5) Operations & Customer Service Support Rep's to support various divisions of the company working. •Transportation/Logistics background
PREFERRED
Working hours will start at 6am or 7am. Mon-Fri with an occasional Saturday down the line Upon a conditional offer, background check will be administered. •
MUST HAVE
Transportation/Logistics background preferred •Knowledge of transportation software McLeod and Samsara a plus
JOB DESCRIPTION
Handling customer service inquiries and scheduling appointments Managing multiple websites and customer portals Tracking and tracing of shipments is needed in order to be successful in these roles Familiar with OTR truck transportation is a plus Responds to customers in a proactive manner via email and phone
SKILLS:
Reliable and self motivated Good communication skills both written and verbal Organized and have the ability to solve problems Demonstrating excellent time management skills Effectively multitasking in a fast-paced environment Maintaining strong attention to detail Transportation/Logistics background preferred Some mechanical knowledge is a plus
