In this energetic role, you will be the frontline ambassador, providing exceptional support to clients, contractors, and internal teams. Your proactive approach will ensure smooth communication, efficient problem-solving, and outstanding customer satisfaction across construction projects and site operations. Duties Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and site personnel, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally Manage customer accounts using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to track interactions and project details Coordinate with project teams to ensure customer needs are met throughout all phases of construction or site services projects Support sales efforts by providing product information, scheduling service appointments, and assisting with contract renewals Analyze customer feedback and service data to identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced client satisfaction Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, project statuses, and service requests in compliance with company standards Qualifications Proven experience in customer service within construction, site services, or related industries is preferred Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously Familiarity with CRM Softwares & platforms for customer and project management Excellent communication skills—clear, active listening, and professional written correspondence Knowledge of sales processes and account management strategies to foster long-term client relationships Analytical skills to interpret data related to customer satisfaction, sales trends, and service performance Background in financial services or marketing is a plus but not required Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team environment Join us in delivering outstanding service that keeps construction projects on track!
