Armed Security Officer

LAKE ELSINORE, CA

Armed Security Officer Big Will's Security Service is a private security company. We are currently looking to hire armed, properly licensed, security professionals on a part-time, full-time, and/or on-call basis. All applicants must be able to perform following duties:

• Conduct Foot patrols of interior and exterior areas of assigned buildings/ locations
• Write detailed reports of suspicious activities and/or persons
• Respond to emergency situations requiring security assistance
• Provide excellent customer care to clients and customers
• Other duties as assigned by clients and management personnel All guards must meet the following requirements:
• Must have valid CA guard card.
• Must be able to pass background check and drug screen.
• Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time.
• Must have reliable telephone communication, including the ability to send and receive text messages.
• Must be well-groomed and have professional appearance.
• Must be able to perform required duties without direct supervision.
• Must be available to start immediately.
• Must be able to start training, as soon as possible
• Must have open availability
• Must be able to work various/flexible days and hours (including weekends and holidays)
• Must be able to write daily activity reports on an hourly basis
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in the English language
• Must be able to interact with the general public in a professional manner
• Must be able to handle incidents/situations efficiently and effectively.

The physical environment:

Requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. We will request all employees to work overtime, even weekends for special program events. Qualifications and Skills High school or equivalent Required experience:

Security Guard:

1 year Required license or certification: Drivers License Guard Card Exposed Firearm Permit Pepper Spray Permit First-Aid/CPR/Stop the bleed training/certificate 40 hours of security training
