Full-time (Temp-to-Permanent) Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing customer communication, order management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and analytical skills, experience managing customer accounts, and the ability to handle multiple priorities with a high level of accuracy. Key Responsibilities Customer & Order Management Serve as a primary point of contact for customers via phone and email Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently Provide order updates, shipping status, and resolve customer inquiries Manage RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) processes and issue credits Account & Sales Support Support Account Managers and Sales teams with quotes, orders, and customer requests Prepare and submit customer quotes and process sample orders Gather project and product information from customers and coordinate internally Logistics & Operations Coordination Coordinate shipments, including international orders and lead times Plan and schedule deliveries in collaboration with internal teams Work closely with Sales and Purchasing to ensure timely order fulfillment Reporting & Analysis Analyze inventory needs and support reservation planning Maintain accurate customer and order data within internal systems Additional Responsibilities Assist with process improvements and operational procedures Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 2+ years of experience in customer service, inside sales, account management, or related roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook required) Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Experience with order fulfillment, shipment coordination, or supply chain processes Familiarity with demand forecasting or inventory planning Experience with EDI systems Additional Information Must be authorized to work in the United States Must be able to commute to Lake Forest, CA Work location: In person
