Customer Service Representative I Entry Level
RESPONSIBILITIES
Contact borrowers via phone and/or email regarding mortgage servicing of loan. Review insurance mail received in office. Maintain satisfactory work efforts in multiple queues based on specified requirements. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, ethical standards, and company policies throughout the collections process. Validate loan documentation to ensure highest level of accuracy. Provide excellent customer service to customers. Meet or exceed defined department goals and metrics. Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years of customer service experience. Track record of over-achievement. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Customer oriented ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively. Effective communication and negotiation skills. Exceptional problem solving and persuasive skills. Sense of urgency. Time management. Fluency in Spanish preferred (not required). High school diploma or equivalent.
