Pay Rate:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour, DOE Are you a customer-focused professional with experience in financial services, loan servicing, or call center operations? CoWorx Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join a growing team in Foothill Ranch, CA. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to borrowers and dealer partners, helping resolve account inquiries, investigate concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the loan process. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service by handling borrower inquiries and loan-related claims. Manage a high-volume call environment, handling 100+ inbound and outbound calls daily. Respond to customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels. Work directly with dealer partners to resolve issues and obtain required information. Investigate and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally. Identify and escalate suspicious or potentially fraudulent loan applications. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account activity. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution. Develop expertise in loan products, policies, and processes. Review financial documents submitted by borrowers. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives for customer service processes. Adapt to changing policies and procedures while maintaining quality standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Meet or exceed productivity, quality, and customer service goals. Perform other duties as assigned.

Desired Background/Skills:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2-3 years of customer service experience required, preferably in a financial services environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Working knowledge of loan structures, payment schedules, interest rates, and amortization concepts. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience using Loan Management Systems (LMS). Understanding of financial services regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to work onsite in Foothill Ranch, CA. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment. Experience within the Powersports Finance Industry (motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, PWCs). FinTech industry experience. Advanced education or professional certifications.
