Inbound Call Center Agent If you're naturally good at talking to people, enjoy solving straightforward problems, and prefer a role where no two conversations are exactly the same, this could be a good fit. We're looking for an Inbound Call Center Agent to join our San Diego office. You'll be the first point of contact for customers calling with questions, requests, and general enquiries. The focus is on understanding what each caller needs, providing helpful information, and making sure the right next step is taken. The role is structured, but there's plenty of variety in the conversations you'll have throughout the day. Day to Day Take incoming calls and establish what each customer needs Ask relevant questions to understand enquiries clearly Provide information about services, accounts, and general processes Navigate internal systems while speaking with customers Record accurate notes and call outcomes Process straightforward customer requests Arrange follow-ups where additional assistance is needed Direct more complex enquiries to the appropriate department Keep customer information and records updated Monitor outstanding requests and ensure appropriate action is taken Follow established procedures for different types of enquiries Maintain a professional and helpful approach throughout each interaction What's Important You don't need to have spent your career in a call center. We're looking for someone who is comfortable having conversations, listens carefully, and can explain information clearly. Previous customer service, reception, retail, hospitality, administration, sales, call center, or office experience can be useful, but training will be provided on the systems, processes, and services involved in the role. You should be comfortable using a computer while speaking with customers, able to keep accurate records, and confident managing several enquiries throughout the working day.
