Position Summary HardyPaw is a growing pet-products company dedicated to providing quality products and excellent service to pet owners. We are looking for friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Livermore, California.

Full-time and Part-time Experience Required:

6 months to 1 year Requirements Responsibilities Answer incoming customer phone calls professionally Respond to customer emails and live-chat messages Help customers resolve questions, concerns, and order issues Place new customer orders and update existing orders Provide product and order information Track orders and assist with shipping-related questions Maintain accurate customer and order records Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:
